IT Support with Digital Marketing & Video Social Media Specialist

•    Successful performance and demonstrating the desire to learn and ability to grow, means that you will have the opportunity to grow within the company and reach other positions and aspirations.

•             Maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, installing OS/software, and networking.

•             Sound knowledge in LAN/WAN/WIFI setup and troubleshooting.

•             Provide IT supports to user end for their desktops, laptops, wireless routers, scanners, printers and other IT assets as per company IT policy.

•             Experience of handling & trouble shooting of IP camera, CCTV, video conferencing equipment, & access control device.

•             Maintenance of IT inventory for both hardware and software and maintaining proper documentation.

•             Work closely with the other team members with positive team player attitude.

•             Network cabling and provide basic support of networking

•            Online marketing ,Facebook & Social Media  marketing Facebook Boosting

·         Website Management
• Knowledge of website platforms like WordPress or Wix
• Understanding basic HTML/CSS is a plus
Social Media Marketing
• Managing Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube and other platforms
• Creating and scheduling posts, ads, and campaigns
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Understanding of how search engines work
• Basic on-page and off-page SEO knowledge
Content Creation
• Writing engaging content for posts, emails, and websites
• Good grammar and writing in English
• Creating and managing client or lead databases
Proven experience as a Video Editor / Content Creator / Videographer.

·         Strong portfolio with product videos, machine demos, or technical tutorials.

·         Proficiency in:

• Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects/ Davinci resolve, Veo3 etc.

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.

• Experience in shooting with DSLR or mobile.
