Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Supply Chain, Chain shop, Super store, Grocery shop, Shop/Showroom

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Statistics, or related field

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (Advanced) and reporting tools

• Knowledge of POS/ERP systems is highly preferred

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MIS / Data Analysis role

• Leadership ability to manage and guide a team

• Golden Basket Super Shop is seeking a highly skilled and analytical MIS to manage, analyze, and optimize our business data for better decision-making and operational efficiency.

• Develop, manage, and maintain MIS reports for sales, inventory, and operations

• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly business performance

• Provide data-driven insights to support management decisions

• Monitor stock movement, wastage, and supply chain efficiency

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of business data

• Automate reporting systems and improve data processes

• Coordinate with accounts, sales, and warehouse teams

• Working Hours: Full-Time (As per company policy)
