• 5–9+ years of professional mobile development experience, including 4+ years of strong Flutter experience.
• Proven experience as a Team Lead, Senior Developer, or Technical Lead in a software company.
• Deep understanding of clean architecture, SOLID principles, modular coding, and scalable app structure.
• Strong problem-solving ability — able to unblock team members quickly and confidently.
• Experience with App Store & Play Store submission, release cycles, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Bonus: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) experience, backend/API knowledge.

Expert-level knowledge in:

• Flutter, Dart, state management (BLoC, Riverpod, Provider, etc.)
• REST APIs, WebSockets, GraphQL
• Firebase, Firestore, messaging, remote config
• Payment gateways, authentication providers, analytics, social login
• Location services, maps, background tasks, push notifications
• Third-party SDK integrations (IoT, BLE, tracking, streaming, etc.)

• Working hours will be flexible; candidate may need to attend evening/night client calls

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Flutter team with high energy, discipline, and a strong sense of ownership.
• Set and maintain world-class engineering standards across architecture, coding, performance, process, and documentation.
• Solve complex technical challenges and guide team members when they are stuck — from debugging to optimization to architectural decisions.
• Architect and build scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Integrate with a wide range of third-party services, SDKs, APIs, analytics systems, payment gateways, real-time communication tools, authentication systems, and more.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews, ensuring clean, maintainable, and scalable codebases.
• Introduce and manage clean architecture, modularization, CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and development best practices.
• Collaborate with backend, design, QA, and product teams to deliver top-quality features within fast-paced deadlines.
• Track team performance, ensure accountability, and maintain a structured, high-output work culture.
• Stay ahead of modern mobile technologies and ensure the team continuously improves.
