The selected candidates will spend a significant portion of their workday calling prospective customers, explaining software products, answering questions, following up with leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and business owners.
  • Introduce and explain company software products and SaaS solutions.
  • Understand customer requirements and identify suitable solutions.
  • Answer basic product-related questions professionally and confidently.
  • Follow up with interested prospects through calls and other communication channels.
  • Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
  • Coordinate product demonstrations when required.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers.
