Key Responsibilities
Lead backend development and architecture design for complex web platforms.
Work primarily with Node.js (Express/NestJS) and maintain/optimize existing Laravel projects.
Collaborate closely with mobile app teams to ensure smooth backend integration and API performance.
Design efficient database structures that ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Manage and mentor backend developers to ensure top-quality deliverables.
Take ownership of timelines — ensuring delivery at any cost while maintaining quality.
