  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HR best practices, with added knowledge of the IT and software development industry. Previous experience in a software company will be considered a major advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.
  • Lead recruitment and selection, ensuring we hire top talent for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Manage onboarding, training, and employee development programs.
  • Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.
  • Oversee performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Act and other relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Design and implement best-in-class HR policies tailored for a software development company.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR and organizational matters.
