• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Age At least 23 years

• Strong knowledge of Python, Django ORM, SQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX

• Experience with performance tuning, caching (Redis/Memcached), and system optimization

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
  Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory

• Must be independent, self-driven, and able to take full ownership of projects

• Must be comfortable handling maintenance and legacy system improvements

• Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle: requirement analysis, system design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support

• Develop, customize, and optimize applications based on Python Django and Django REST Framework

• Integrate 3rd-party REST, JSON, and XML APIs for payments, CRMs, shipping, and other external systems

• Write clean, secure, scalable, and well-documented Python code

• Optimize application speed, database queries, caching layers, and API performance

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing Django applications

• Manage Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features within deadlines

• Stay updated with Python, Django, cloud, and backend development best practices

• Mentor junior developers when needed and contribute to continuous improvement

• Handle small to medium scale maintenance tasks for existing systems independently
