Responsibilities & Context
We are a fast-growing Monitoring Evaluation and Research Network (MERNet) company offering a wide range of training, capacity building, grooming and referring and coordinating for the full journal publication process of an individual. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales by reaching out to prospective persons over the phone.
This role requires excellent communication and persuasion skills to present course benefits, build trust, handle inquiries, and convert leads into successful sales across all courses.
Job Responsibilities:
Proactively contact potential authors and co-authors via phone and other digital platforms.
Identify leads through various databases and marketing campaigns.
Communicate the value proposition of MERNet’s services to encourage enrollment.
Manage and maintain active communication on WhatsApp, Facebook, and other relevant social media platforms.
Respond promptly to inquiries and engage with prospective clients in a professional manner.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance online engagement and conversion rates.
Guide authors and co-authors through the enrollment process.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Provide post-enrollment support and act as a liaison between new members and the MERNet support team.
Work closely with the marketing and outreach teams to align tele sales strategies with overall promotional efforts.
Prepare regular reports on lead generation, enrollment conversion, and social media engagement metrics.
Provide feedback on common queries and challenges to help refine MERNet’s communication and enrollment strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in tele sales and digital communication.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Suggest improvements and innovative ideas to drive efficiency and better user experience.
