Responsibilities & Context:

1. Answering calls, emails, and live chats regarding product questions, billing issues, and troubleshooting.

2. Placing calls for sales, lead generation, or customer follow-ups and surveys.

3. Actively listening to customer complaints and de-escalating tense situations to reach a resolution.

4. Accurately logging call details and updating customer information in the CRM system after each interaction.

5.  Maintaining deep knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information.

6.  Striving to meet performance targets, such as Average Handle Time (AHT) and First Call Resolution (FCR).

7. Selling, Upselling and Cross-selling

8. Follow-up Calls

9.  Dealing with Complaints

10 .Processing Payments and Orders

11. customer calls and provide clear information on products/services.

12. Manage customer communication through social media platforms (Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.)
