Respond to customer requests for technical issue resolution.
Provide answers to clients by identifying problems, preparing resolution and guiding clients through corrective steps.
Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail and other communication media.
Escalate issues as required, act as the liaison between the field, monitoring and core engineering teams to drive technical resolution.
Manage network servers and technology tools.
Work effectively in a team environment with pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills.
Prepare and analyze technical reports according to requirement.
