We need a hungry, disciplined client-hunter who books qualified discovery calls so we can close. No fluff, clear targets, Daily & Weekly reporting.

Your Responsibilities:

✓ Source, Identify and research targeted leads & potential clients for our agency.

✓ Audit their businesses and websites for outreach.

✓ Run multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, Email, etc).

✓ Send customized value audits to warm/hot leads and follow up.

✓ Book discovery calls with targeted prospects (Google Sheet or Pipedrive).

✓ Hand off hot leads with clean notes and next steps.

Required skills / traits

● Experience in prospecting on LinkedIn & Sales Navigator,

● Professional Emailing & related Client Hunting platforms

● Writes short, professional & personalized messages.

● CRM discipline — daily updates, clean notes.

● Self-starter, no micro-management needed.

● Honest, responsive, reliable with a Sales mindset - you understand this is a numbers game

● Excellent English written (good verbal is preferred, not mandatory)

● Nice to have: prior SDR / agency/outbound experience selling web design or retainers.
