Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager-IT to oversee all IT operations, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives, The role involves managing enterprise systems, ensuring network, server & CCTV security and supporting business growth through technology solutions.
Develop and Implement IT strategy aligned with business goals.
Experience in LAN networking, Cabling, Piping, Modular & Connector Pouncing, Server rack design, IT devices setup/ installation & configuration, Proper cable dressing and organization etc.
Experience in IT devices as like IP CCTV Camera, NVR/DVR, Switch, Mikrotik Router, WiFi Router, Access point, Access Control device etc…..Setup/Installation, Configuration and Support.
Identify and resolve hardware and software issues of IT devices (as like desktop computer, Laptop, Copier, Scanner, Printer, IP camera, NVR, Mobile etc).
Experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems (Windows/Linux/Mac) and essential business applications.
Ensure and maintain local area network (LAN) Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity. Monitor routers, switches, and ensure stable network performance.
Ensure regular system update, patch management, and antivirus monitoring to protect against security threats.
Ensure IP telephone systems, video conferencing tools, and office communication platforms (e.g. Zoom, Teams, Google meet, Slack).
Install and manage CCTV systems, access control, and biometric devices.
Ensure server setup/ installation & configuration, maintenance and backup operations and data integrity and disaster recovery readiness.
Maintain corporate email accounts, handle password resets, and configure user permission for various software and ERP systems.
Ensure regular data backups and maintain up to date antivirus/firewall protection to secure the company’s digital assets.
Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and process requisition for new equipment.
Liaise with internet services providers (ISPs) and thirty party hardware vendors for repair or service related issues.
Assist to employee both in person and via remote support tools (e.g. AnyDesk, TeamViewer).
Assist HR and Admin team in daily office operations.
Ensure timely response and resolution of support tickets.
Escalate critical system issues, server downtime, or cyber risks immediately.
