Experience:

12–18 years of professional experience in Information Technology.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior IT leadership role within a reputed corporate or group of companies.
Experience managing enterprise-scale IT infrastructure and digital transformation projects.
Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture.
Hands-on experience with ERP implementation and enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Linux, virtualization, databases, and cloud platforms.
Experience with cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards.
Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.
Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to lead cross-functional technology initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary
Betopia Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of IT to lead the organization's technology strategy, digital transformation initiatives, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and technology operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of the Group's IT ecosystem while aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the Group's IT strategy in alignment with business goals.
Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives and technology modernization projects.
Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud platforms, databases, and enterprise applications.
Ensure the availability, security, and performance of all IT systems and services.
Lead ERP, CRM, HRMS, and other business application implementation and optimization projects.
Establish and enforce IT governance, cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, software licensing, and technology procurement.
Drive process automation and improve operational efficiency through technology solutions.
Develop disaster recovery, business continuity, and data backup strategies.
Provide strategic technology recommendations to senior management and business leaders.
Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team while fostering a high-performance culture.
Evaluate emerging technologies, AI solutions, and automation opportunities to enhance business performance.
