ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a curious, data-driven Business Analyst Intern to work directly with our product, operations, and strategy teams. This is a hands-on role with real responsibilities — not a passive observer role. You have to learn fast and execute even faster.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Gather, analyse, and interpret business and operational data to support strategic decision-making.
Conduct market research on the agribusiness and agritech landscape in Bangladesh to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare structured reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements for product features.
Collaborate with product and tech teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements and user stories.
Track KPIs and monitor project progress across business units/product lines.
Participate in stakeholder meetings; prepare briefing materials and follow-up summaries.
Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-backed improvements to internal operations.
Support MVP planning by contributing business context and requirement analysis.
Assist in competitive analysis and benchmarking to position Cultive8's products in the market.
Work as the strategic thought partner to the Management/CEO and improve narrative management & operational efficiency of the company.
