Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a young, quick learner & dedicated individual for the post of Jr. Executive/ Executive, VAT Software Implementation Individuals who are capable of value addition to our company by implementing VAT Automation Software in various organizations of all sectors.
Job Responsibilities
Follow up with customers and provide remote support to on-site clients, ensuring regular updates to build strong professional relationships.
Conduct requirement studies for Shampan VAT Software implementation projects.
Deliver training sessions on Shampan VAT Software at client sites.
Prepare Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) for Shampan VAT Software projects.
Set up and upload master data on client servers.
Reconcile client VAT reports, including VAT 9.1.
Communicate with VAT clients to identify and resolve software-related issues.
Provide ongoing support services related to VAT software.
Keep the company and clients informed about the latest VAT laws and regulatory updates.
Present the VAT Software to NBR officials when required.
