Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Accounting and Financial Management.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)

  • Hands-on experience with Accounting/ERP Software (Preferably Sage 300 ERP)

  • Effective Email and Business Communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Experience Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Accounting and ERP software (preferably Sage 300 ERP)

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite for reporting and data analysis.

  • Hands-on experience in General Ledger, Sub-Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Management and Bank Reconciliation.

  • Experience in ERP implementation, user training, and post-implementation support.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in Accounting.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

  • Prior experience with Sage 300 ERP (or other equivalent Accounting/ERP software) will be given preference.

  • Willingness to travel across Bangladesh for ERP implementation assignments.



Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for Smart, Intelligent and responsible people who have good amount of working experience with Accounting & ERP software. This executive will be working in our Implementation Department and use their expertise for Implementing the Sage 300 & Other ERP Software. People who have working experience in ERP Software will be highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities

  • Document ERP processes and prepare SRS, reports, user manuals, and training materials.

  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, including requirement gathering, process mapping, configuration, testing, UAT, and Go-Live support.

  • Collaborate with clients to design customized reports, workflows, and financial statements.

  • Configure and reconcile General Ledger, Sub-Ledger, and sub-modules to ensure accurate financial integration.

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize ERP applications and databases.

  • Deliver end-user and administrator training to ensure adoption, efficiency, and smooth operations.

  • Provide post-implementation support and client services for ERP projects.

  • Support integration with third-party applications (HR, Payroll, Inventory, and Fixed Assets) for streamlined operations.
