  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with organizational goals and revenue targets.

  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and strategic growth areas.

  • Oversee end-to-end sales operations including sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, tender coordination, reporting, and performance tracking.

  • Drive revenue growth initiatives and ensure achievement of sales and business development targets across different business segments.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Technical, Product, and Operations to ensure business alignment and execution efficiency.

  • Design, optimize, and monitor sales processes, operational workflows, and CRM systems to improve productivity and operational performance.

  • Prepare business intelligence reports, dashboards, and strategic presentations for senior management and leadership meetings.

  • Support management in data-driven decision-making through accurate analysis, forecasting, and operational insights.

  • Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to evaluate business performance and recommend improvement initiatives.

  • Lead and mentor team members by providing strategic direction, performance guidance, and professional development support.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and corporate governance requirements.

  • Support strategic partnerships, enterprise business initiatives, and large-scale commercial projects when required.
