Education:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Master of Professional Marketing (MPM) in Marketing
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering

• BBA/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Strong communication and presentation skills in Bangla and English.

• Comfortable with field visits, direct client interaction, and negotiations.

• Basic understanding of ERP, CRM, HRMS, or Education Management Systems is preferred.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

• Previous experience in software sales or the education sector is an advantage.

• Interested in marketing, field sales, software sales, or business development.

• Visit schools, colleges, universities, and corporate organizations to present and demo SUNSSD software solutions.

• Promote and sell ERP, EMS, CRM, and HRMS products; explain features, benefits, and use cases clearly.

• Identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and conduct competitor and market research.

• Maintain client relationships post-onboarding; support upselling and collect feedback.

• Prepare weekly activity and sales reports; coordinate with management and development teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  Attractive one-time commission of 10% – 50% from each successful client acquisition.
