We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with Flutter mobile development skills who can build and maintain both the web and mobile experiences that power EMS product growth nationwide.

Job Responsibilities — Web & Backend:

• Develop, update, and optimize SUNSSD's website, EMS landing pages, and campaign microsites using PHP and Laravel

• Implement and manage Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and SEO across all digital marketing channels

• Build lead capture systems, inquiry forms, and CRM integrations that connect directly to the EMS sales pipeline

• Develop and maintain REST APIs consumed by both the web frontend and Flutter mobile apps

• Optimize website performance and on-page SEO to drive organic traffic to EMS product pages

• Handle deployment on Linux VPS and cPanel environments including DNS, SSL, and server configuration

Job Responsibilities — Mobile App Development (Flutter):

• Design and build cross-platform Android and iOS mobile applications using Flutter and Dart — including mobile modules of EMS for students, parents, teachers, and administrators

• Integrate Flutter apps with Laravel REST APIs for seamless data exchange

• Implement payment gateway integrations (bKash, Nagad, SSLCOMMERZ) within Flutter mobile apps

• Implement Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for push notifications and real-time alerts for parents and students

• Manage the full app release cycle — building, testing, and publishing to Google Play Store and Apple App Store

• Maintain app performance, fix bugs, and release regular updates based on user feedback

General:

• Collaborate with the marketing and product team to deliver functional digital tools and client-facing web/mobile experiences

• Maintain code quality through proper documentation and version control using Git

• Monitor analytics and performance data and suggest technical improvements
