We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning / AI Developer to join our team on a project-based basis. If you have a passion for building intelligent systems and hands-on experience with the latest AI frameworks, we want to hear from you. You will be responsible for developing and deploying AI models, with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Chatbot development. This role requires a strong blend of data science expertise and software engineering principles (MLOps) to take projects from prototype to production.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and fine-tune Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for NLP tasks.
Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and integrate LLMs into production environments.
Develop intelligent chatbots and conversational AI interfaces.
Implement MLOps practices for model versioning, monitoring, and deployment (MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical AI solutions.
Write clean, maintainable code and maintain documentation for AI models and APIs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and technologies in AI/ML.
Tools & Technologies We Use:
We work with industry-leading tools and frameworks, and we expect you to be proficient in most of the following:
Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, XGBoost
NLP & LLMs: Hugging Face, spaCy, NLTK, LangChain (or similar)
Computer Vision: OpenCV
MLOps & Deployment: MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes
Programming: Python (expert level required)

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
Experience: 0 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and AI development.
Proven experience in developing NLP models and working with Transformer architectures (BERT, GPT, etc.).
Strong experience with LLM APIs and RAG architectures.
Proficiency in MLOps tools and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a project-based environment.
