Title: Senior Software Engineer

Job Location: Dhaka (Mirpur)

Salary: Tk. 50000 - 70000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• At least 3 years

• Age 25 to 40 years

Primary Responsibility:

• Analyze complex client requirements and translate them into technical components

• Work closely with the project manager or stakeholders to ideate software solutions. Prepare project components and design databases as per the direction of Project Manager.

• Maintain well-designed, testable, clean, and easily maintainable code by understanding code smells and following design principles. Always force the team to follow it.

• Do code review and continuous refactoring of other developers’ programs.

• Participate in client interactions, possibly with more senior team members; fix the system issues according to business rules to confirm smooth client operation.

• Maintain task records, prepare reports, and compose correspondence relative to work.

• Collaborate with Client, Business Team, DevOps, Quality Assurance, Security & Compliance, UX Engineer to ensure smooth and quality delivery.

• Data migration when needed includes Extraction, Transform and Load.

• Write technical documents maintaining applicable standards for our existing and new applications in compliance with the company's established rules and guidelines.

• Must be a Dynamic Team Member who is ready to take on challenges. Must be strict to meet a deadline.

Secondary Responsibility:

• Provide support or training to support teams.

• Provide support or training to branch users.

• Any task assigned by the supervisor.

• Other work required for the advancement of Shakti Foundation.
