Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee and manage the quality control process for all client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Implement and maintain efficient workflows to streamline production processes, including scripting for software like Photoshop and Lightroom (will add advantage).

  • Collaborate with the production team to enhance productivity and optimize quality.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact to understand project requirements, scope, and objectives.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, project trackers, and invoicing.

  • Handle all test work received from potential clients, ensuring the highest standards are met before final delivery.

  • Create, maintain, and manage project schedules and deadlines to ensure timely delivery (SLAs).

  • Propose and implement process improvements to achieve operational efficiency.

  • Identify and address potential risks, ensuring seamless project progress and integrations.

  • Excellent understanding of quality assurance in post-production image editing.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in quality control.

  • Identify training needs and based on that prepare & plan training accordingly for team’s performance improvement.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Flexible to attend client meetings across various time zones.

  • Have experience working on different project management tools, different file transfer tools.

  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the line manager or HOD.
