Responsibilities & Context:
Shift based working hour.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring of existing automation system and Reporting issues occured in the system
Taking appropriate action in case of issue occurrence
Communicating with requester and different stakeholders while issue fixing and process change
Checking Infra related issues and resolve as per instructions.
Performing scheduled maintenance of systems
Providing on-going operational support including upgrades, defect fixes and any Process change activities.
Must have good knowledge in RPA / Automation systems
Must be preapred for Shifting Duty and have the Ability to adjust to varying schedules and work environments.
