Responsibilities & Context:
• Install, configure, and maintain Linux and Windows servers.
• Monitor server performance, uptime, and system health.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices (Router, Switch, Firewall).
• Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, or Proxmox.
• Configure and maintain DNS, DHCP, Mail Server, Web Server, and Database Servers.
• Perform regular backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Monitor system logs and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Implement security measures, patch management, and antivirus solutions.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures.
• Support cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services AWS (preferred).
• Provide technical support to users and IT teams.
