KRY International, one of Bangladesh's leading mobile phone and gadget retail brands, is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and responsible Account Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain accurate accounting records and daily financial transactions.
Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Maintain cash book, ledger, vouchers, invoices, and other accounting documents.
Track company expenses and assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, VAT, tax regulations, and company policies.
Assist in internal and external audits by preparing necessary financial documents.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Prepare financial statements and management reports as required.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, BBA (Accounting), or a related discipline.
Candidates with CA (CC) or professional accounting certifications will receive preference.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
Experience in Retail, Mobile Phone, Electronics, or E-commerce industry will be considered an added advantage.
Additional Requirements
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial accounting.
Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Proficiency in Tally ERP, ERP software, Microsoft Excel, and accounting applications.
Good understanding of VAT, Tax, and financial reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
