Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, manage, and administer Windows Server and Linux-based environments.

• Configure and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies.

• Manage cloud environments (AWS / Azure / Oracle) and hybrid infrastructure.

• Manage VMware vSphere, ESXi, virtual machines, resource pools, and storage systems.

• Design, deploy, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application delivery.

• Configure web servers (Apache, NGINX, IIS) and load balancers.

• Implement and manage Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters.

• Maintain version control systems such as Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).

• Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

• Monitor system performance, availability, and security using monitoring tools.

·       Design and manage storage systems including SAN, NAS, iSCSI, LUNs, and RAID.

• Implement backup and disaster recovery (DR) solutions.

• Ensure system security, patch management, and vulnerability mitigation.

·       Domain Name registry/purchase and SSL certificate purchase/maintenance.

• Troubleshoot server, network, and application-level issues.

• Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams.

• Provide 24/7 support for critical production systems when required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in System Engineering.

• Strong knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL) and Windows Server.

• Hands-on experience with VMware, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, switching).

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Oracle).

• Strong scripting skills (Bash / PowerShell / Python).

• Experience with (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).

• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios).

• Understanding of IT security best practices and firewall configuration.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle critical incidents.

• Microsoft Certified (MCSA / MCSE / AZ-104)

• Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE / RHCSA)

• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect

• Cisco CCNA / CCNP
