Responsibilities & Context:

1. Lead Generation

  • Generate new business leads through digital and offline channels.

  • Find potential clients using LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, email marketing, and business directories.

  • Prospect clients from Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other B2B platforms (if applicable).

  • Build and maintain a qualified client database.

2. Sales & Business Development

  • Contact potential clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.

  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.

  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations.

  • Prepare quotations and proposals.

  • Negotiate pricing and close sales.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

3. Digital Marketing

  • Manage Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google Business profiles.

  • Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns.

  • Run Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

  • Perform SEO and keyword research.

  • Publish blogs and website content.

  • Improve website traffic and lead conversion.

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Follow up with existing and potential clients.

  • Maintain long-term business relationships.

  • Resolve customer queries professionally.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction.

5. CRM & Reporting

  • Update daily activities in CRM.

  • Maintain records of leads, meetings, and sales.

  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

  • Track conversion rates and campaign performance.

6. Market Research

  • Research competitors and industry trends.

  • Identify new business opportunities.

  • Analyze customer needs and market demand.

  • Recommend new services based on market research.

7. Proposal & Documentation

  • Prepare company profiles.

  • Create presentations.

  • Prepare project proposals.

  • Draft contracts and service agreements (with management approval).

8. Branding & Promotion

  • Increase company brand awareness.

  • Promote software products and IT services.

  • Participate in online and offline marketing events.

  • Coordinate webinars and promotional campaigns.

9. Coordination

  • Coordinate with the web development, software, design, and support teams.

  • Communicate project requirements received from clients.

  • Ensure timely project handover to the production team.

10. Customer Support (Pre-Sales)

  • Explain software features and benefits.

  • Conduct software demonstrations.

  • Assist clients before purchase.

  • Help clients choose suitable packages.

Daily Tasks

  • 80–100 outbound calls

  • 20–30 follow-up calls

  • 1–3 successful sales (depending on service value)

 Experience Requirement

  • Experience: Minimum 4–7 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Telemarketing, preferably in an IT, Software, Web Development, or Digital Marketing company.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong experience in customer calling and lead generation.

  • Proven ability to convince clients and close sales.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Experience with CRM software and sales reporting.

  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn marketing, and email marketing.

  • Ability to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

  • Experience in selling websites, software, mobile apps, hosting, domains, or digital marketing services is highly preferred.

Experience: 4–7 Years (Required)
