We are seeking a smart, confident, and well-spoken Marketing & Client Counselling Executive to communicate with potential clients and convert inquiries into confirmed website projects. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact leads by phone, understand client requirements, provide proper consultation, follow up regularly, and successfully confirm projects before handing them over to the technical/production team.
Experienced female candidates will be given preference.
Contact potential clients through phone calls and online communication channels.
Explain website services, packages, pricing, and development processes professionally.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable website solutions.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients until final confirmation.
Build trust and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close website service deals.
Maintain proper records of client conversations, follow-up schedules, and project status.
Confirm project requirements and hand over complete client details to the Technical/Production Team Head.
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project initiation.
Achieve monthly client conversion and business targets.
Graduation (Bachelor’s degree) from a recognized university.
Previous experience in IT service sales, website sales, telemarketing, customer counselling, or client relationship management will be preferred.
Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Soft-spoken, polite, and professional personality.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and client-handling ability.
Confident in communicating with clients over phone calls.
Patient, responsible, and capable of maintaining continuous follow-up.
Basic understanding of websites, domains, hosting, WordPress, and digital services will be an added advantage.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and online communication tools.
