Experience:
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via Chat and Google Meet.
Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while dealing with client & Customer.
Record customer interactions and update customer information in the system.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments through CRM tools – Slack, Asana, Google Workspace, etc.
Coordinate with the internal team of Bright IT & sister concerns.
Any other duties assigned by the management, if and when required on a basis.
Requirements
· More than 3 years of experience in a similar field, operation & client acquisition position also acceptable.
· Only Female candidates are allowed to apply.

· Candidates must have a personal laptop/pc & quite home office setup for the remote position.
