Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Executive - IT (System Support) for our factory. This role is primarily accountable for ensuring overall system support, optimizing enterprise infrastructure, maintaining data/endpoint security, and troubleshooting network environments.

Job Description

1. Infrastructure Security: Maintain, optimize, and secure enterprise IT infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations.

2. Desktop Support: Provide day-to-day technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals, including the installation and configuration of operating systems and application software.

3. Network Administration: Resolve technical issues relating to LAN, WAN, wireless, and VPN systems. Manage and administer routers, managed switches, and wireless access points.

4. Domain Management: Administer DNS and Active Directory environments (user creation, profile modification, deletion, and implementation of Group Policies).

5. Software & Productivity Support: Assist users with corporate email configurations, MS Office tools, and other standard corporate software applications.

6. Data Backups: Manage robust backup solutions for user laptops, desktops, and servers to prevent data loss. Help users optimize storage and safely access shared networks.

7. Endpoint Protection: Deploy and manage endpoint security and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions.

8. Inventory Control: Maintain and update the IT asset list and inventory management systems.

9. Routine Maintenance: Run scheduled hardware/software maintenance, system backups, and technical updates.

10. IP-Based Infrastructure Support: Supervise and troubleshoot IP systems including CCTV networks, IP phones, conference room systems, and biometric door access controls.

Requirements

• Experience Required: 2 to 5 years of relevant technical experience.

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), IT, ICT, or a related field.

• Robust knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting and physical maintenance.

• Strong understanding of corporate networking devices (managed switches, routers, APs, etc.).

• Competency working with Microsoft Active Directory and standard enterprise email environments.

• Practical understanding of Windows, Linux, macOS, and standard network protocols.

• Familiarity with endpoint security platforms (antivirus, EDR tools).

• Certifications (Preferred): Professional certifications or training such as CCNA, MTCNA, or CompTIA A+ are considered a strong plus.
