Job Summary
Retina Healthcare Ltd. is seeking a competent, detail-oriented, and highly organized MIS Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, maintaining, and reporting business data from field officers, managers, and distributors. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities
Collect daily, weekly, and monthly operational data from field officers, managers, and distributors.
Maintain and update company databases, reports, and records accurately.
Communicate regularly with field teams, distributors, and internal departments via phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
Prepare sales reports, performance reports, MIS reports, and management summaries.
Create and maintain various documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and databases as instructed by management.
Verify and analyze data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Support management with business insights through data analysis and reporting.
Ensure proper documentation, filing, storage, and retrieval of company records.
Prepare presentations and reports for meetings, reviews, and strategic planning.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
