Responsibilities & Context:
Dinmajur Platform Service is a premium on-demand home services platform serving households and businesses across Dhaka and Chittagong — "Reliable Home Service." We're hiring a strong on-ground leader to drive our field operations and grow our female workforce.
## Responsibilities
- Lead and manage field-level teams in assigned areas
- Handle service provider registration and onboarding (especially the female workforce)
- Conduct field visits to monitor and improve service quality
- Build and maintain B2B partnerships with local businesses and organisations
- Identify new business opportunities and growth areas
- Assist in business planning and strategy execution
- Coordinate between customers, service providers, and the internal team
- Ensure smooth daily operations and field-level problem-solving
## Requirements
- Female candidates only (to recruit and manage our female workforce)
- 2+ years in field operations, team management, or sales (startup/service experience a plus)
- Strong leadership and communication skills in Bangla
- Comfortable with regular field visits across Dhaka
- Smartphone-literate and self-driven
