We are looking for a smart, confident, and energetic female professional who can lead field operations, manage team activities, onboard service providers, and contribute to business growth through B2B collaboration and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage field-level teams in assigned areas

• Handle service provider registration and onboarding (especially female workforce)

• Conduct field visits to monitor and improve service quality

• Build and maintain B2B partnerships with local businesses and organisations

• Identify new business opportunities and growth areas

• Assist in business planning and strategy execution

• Coordinate between customers, service providers, and internal team

• Ensure smooth daily operations and problem-solving in the field

Requirements:

• Female candidate (required for field operations)

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Confident in fieldwork and team management

• Basic understanding of business development & operations

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Familiar with Chattogram city areas

• Graduate or currently studying (preferred)
