• Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering

• Age 24 to 42 years

Minimum 3-7 years of experience in construction projects.

a) Experience in site surveying and setting out works.

b) Experience in civil construction projects, landscaping, fountains, parks, roads, or infrastructure projects.

c) Ability to operate Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS equipment.

d) Experience in preparing survey reports, level books, and as-built drawings.

a) Conduct topographic and site surveys as required by the project.

b) Establish and verify control points, benchmarks, and reference coordinates.

c) Carry out setting out works for fountain structures, pipelines, pump rooms, electrical ducts, and associated civil works.

d) Verify dimensions, levels, elevations, and alignments during construction.

e) Prepare daily survey records and measurement sheets.

f) Coordinate with Project Engineer, Site Supervisor, and Construction Team regarding survey requirements.

g) Prepare quantity measurements and assist in billing measurements when required.

h) Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments.

i) Prepare as-built survey data and drawings upon completion of works.

j) Ensure all survey activities comply with approved drawings and project specifications.

k) Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
