Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Master's degree or MBA will be considered an added advantage.
Relevant professional certifications such as Cisco, Microsoft, ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISA, AWS, or equivalent will be preferred.
Strong experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, ERPNext or similar).
Hands-on knowledge of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Distribution Management, and Business Intelligence Systems.
Proven experience in managing multi-location IT operations and infrastructure.
Strong understanding of Cyber Security Frameworks, Data Protection, Network Security, and Disaster Recovery Planning.
Experience in Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with Manufacturing Automation, IoT, Barcode/RFID, and Production Monitoring Systems is preferred.
Ability to lead large-scale IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.
Excellent leadership, team management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Experience in Battery Manufacturing, Jute Industry, Automobile Industry, FMCG, or Distribution Business will be highly preferred.
Capable of working under pressure and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Sound knowledge of software licensing, IT governance, compliance, and vendor management.
Excellent command of both English and Bangla (written and verbal).
Willingness to travel to factories, depots, and branch offices across Bangladesh when required.
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement the organization's IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, sales, distribution, and corporate functions.
Advise senior management on technology investments, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
IT Infrastructure & Operations
Oversee enterprise-wide IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, data centers, and communication systems.
Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of all IT systems.
Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
ERP & Business Applications
Lead implementation, optimization, and maintenance of ERP systems and business applications.
Ensure seamless integration among production, inventory, sales, finance, HR, and distribution modules.
Drive automation and process improvements across all business units.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
Ensure data protection, disaster recovery, backup management, and business continuity planning.
Monitor cybersecurity threats and implement preventive measures.
Manufacturing & Distribution Systems
Support manufacturing automation and production monitoring systems.
Improve warehouse management, fleet management, dealer management, and distribution tracking systems.
Ensure technology solutions support operational efficiency and business growth.
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team.
Establish performance standards and training programs.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments to address technology requirements.
