Job Overview

Olympia Holdings is looking for energetic and motivated Sales & Business Development Executives to support the sales and leasing of commercial and shopping mall spaces at Olympia Plaza, Savar.

We are looking for individuals who are confident communicators, good at building relationships, and eager to grow in the commercial real estate sector. Candidates with experience in lead generation, client communication, sales follow-ups, and closing deals are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on leads for commercial space sales and leasing

Reach out to brands, retailers, restaurants, showrooms, offices, and other businesses

Arrange meetings, presentations, and site visits with potential clients

Assist in negotiations and deal closing processes

Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients

Build and manage a sales pipeline

Support marketing and promotional campaigns for Olympia Plaza

Conduct market research on brands expanding into Savar and Ashulia

Prepare reports on leads, meetings, and sales progress

Requirements

1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, customer relationship management, or real estate sales

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence in client meetings and presentations

Basic understanding of lead generation and sales processes

Target-driven and self-motivated mindset

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or CRM tools is a plus
