Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Alibaba, or Daraz marketplace management.
Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, social media content creation, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and other digital marketing tools; experience in e-commerce and online sales platforms will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities – Social Media Specialist
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, images, videos, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.
Manage and optimize product listings on Alibaba and Daraz, ensuring accurate product information, attractive descriptions, and competitive positioning.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign and marketplace performance.
Monitor advertising budgets and ensure effective utilization of marketing expenditures to maximize ROI.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across social media and marketplace platforms in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and business growth strategies.
Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition, lead generation, and sales growth through digital channels.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, digital marketing techniques, and e-commerce marketplace developments.
Create and implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, website traffic, and online sales.
