Job Context:
We are looking for a proactive, target-oriented Senior Executive - Sales & Marketing to drive the sales and marketing of our luxury villas & plots. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building relationships with prospective buyers, arranging site visits, and converting prospects into successful villa & plot sales and other related work.
Job Location: House # 10/C, Road # 95, Gulshan-2, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Generate and manage leads through digital marketing, social media, referrals,
corporate networking, and other channels.
Identify and approach potential villa & plot buyers and investors.
Communicate with the prospective clients and understand their requirements and also investment interests.
Present the property project's features, facilities, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities effectively.
Arrange and conduct property/site visits for prospective buyers.
Follow up with the leads regularly and maintain a proper sales pipeline.
Negotiate with clients and support the sales closing process.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Accounts and Management teams to ensure a smooth booking and sales process.
Prepare sales reports, lead updates and market feedback for management.
Monitor competitor projects, pricing and market trends.
Participate in property exhibitions, corporate events, promotional campaigns and other sales activities.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
