Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage the software engineering team.
Develop engineering strategies, processes, and best practices.
Oversee software architecture, development, testing, and deployment activities.
Ensure timely delivery of software projects with high quality standards.
Establish coding standards, development guidelines, and review processes.
Mentor software engineers, team leads, and technical managers.
Coordinate with product, business, and management teams.
Monitor project risks, resource allocation, and technical challenges.
Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team performance.
Support recruitment, technical interviews, and team development initiatives.
Evaluate and implement modern technologies, tools, and frameworks.
Ensure software security, scalability, and maintainability.
