We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Head of Marketing to lead our marketing department and drive sustainable business growth through strategic planning, branding, digital marketing, and innovative campaigns.
Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to increase sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
Lead all digital marketing activities including Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, SEO, YouTube, Email & SMS Marketing.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, mega sales, and new product launches.
Build and strengthen the KRY International brand across all online and offline platforms.
Manage and lead the Marketing, Creative, Content, Social Media, and CRM teams to ensure high-quality execution.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and manage marketing budgets while monitoring campaign performance through KPIs, ROI, and ROAS.
Work closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Management teams to achieve business goals.
Develop customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable business insights.
Ensure all marketing activities align with the company's vision, objectives, and brand guidelines.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Management, or a related discipline.
Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or Marketing Analytics will be considered an added advantage.
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Business Development.
At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role will be preferred.
Experience in the Mobile Phone, Consumer Electronics, Retail, Gadget, or E-commerce industry will be an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.
Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, CRM, and Marketing Automation tools.
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in budget management, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
