Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Consultant to implement, integrate, administer, and support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM/OIG), user lifecycle management, application onboarding, troubleshooting, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle Identity Manager (OIM/OIG) solutions.

  • Configure user provisioning, de-provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), workflows, and reconciliation processes.

  • Integrate OIM with Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and enterprise applications.

  • Develop and maintain connectors, provisioning policies, and approval workflows.

  • Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.

  • Perform system upgrades, patch management, health monitoring, and performance tuning.

  • Collaborate with application owners and infrastructure teams for application onboarding.

  • Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and support audit/compliance requirements.

  • Ensure adherence to security best practices and organizational IAM standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM/OIG).

  • Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM), RBAC, provisioning, and access governance.

  • Experience integrating OIM with Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and enterprise applications.

  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Java, REST/SOAP APIs, and scripting.

  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), or Oracle IAM Suite.

  • Oracle IAM certifications will be considered an advantage.

  • Experience working in enterprise or banking environments is preferred.
