Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
Willingness to work on Fridays and public holidays
Australian Accent will be a plus
Working hours: 6 AM to 2 PM (Mon-Fri)
Responsibilities & Context:
Make outbound calls and emails to clients in Australia.
Meet daily call and sales target
Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
Follow up on online sales and track orders until delivery completion
Maintain records of customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues to relevant team members
