Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Consultant to support day-to-day operations and contribute to system enhancements and implementation activities. The consultant will work closely with senior team members to provide functional expertise, resolve issues, and assist in improving Oracle E-Business Suite modules.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide L1/L2 support for Oracle EBS R12 modules to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Analyze incidents, troubleshoot system issues, and identify root causes

  • Assist in system configuration, setups, and module enhancements based on business requirements

  • Support functional and integration testing, prepare test scripts, and validate results

  • Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user guides

  • Conduct user training and provide guidance on Oracle EBS functionalities

  • Monitor interfaces, concurrent programs, and reports for proper execution

  • Collaborate with technical teams to implement fixes, enhancements, and RICEFW objects

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend optimizations

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (preferred)

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12

Additional Requirements:

  • Functional knowledge in Financials, Supply Chain Management (SCM), or HRMS modules

  • Strong understanding of business processes, system flows, and module integration

  • Experience in issue analysis, resolution, and system support

  • Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to learn and adapt to multiple modules and evolving business requirements

  • Experience supporting integrations with third-party systems and automation tools
