This is a full-time role for a Search Engine Optimization Manager at Tech Cloud Ltd. The SEO Manager will be responsible for conducting SEO audits, performing keyword research, implementing link building strategies, analyzing web analytics, and managing a team of SEO executives.
As the SEO Manager, you will ensure that our clients' websites achieve and maintain top positions in search engine rankings, resulting in increased traffic, visibility, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Develop comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to clients’ goals and industries.
Stay updated on search engine algorithms, industry trends, and best practices to inform strategies.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor the SEO team, ensuring they meet performance objectives.
Assign tasks, set deadlines, and oversee the quality of deliverables.
Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
On-Page and Technical SEO:
Conduct thorough website audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
Optimize website elements, including meta tags, headers, content, and internal linking structures.
Collaborate with developers to resolve technical SEO issues like site speed, indexing, and mobile-friendliness.
Off-Page SEO and Link Building:
Develop and implement ethical link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
Monitor backlink profiles to ensure quality and relevance.
Keyword Research and Content Optimization:
Perform in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities.
Guide content creators on optimizing content for search engines while maintaining user intent and readability.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Utilize SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track rankings, traffic, and other KPIs.
Provide regular reports to clients, highlighting progress, insights, and recommendations.
Client Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting updates and addressing concerns.
Align SEO strategies with clients' business goals and objectives.
