Job Overview

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for overseeing and expanding our sales operations across Mymensingh, Netrokona, and Kishoreganj. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong on-the-ground presence who can lead a team, manage distributors, and ensure our sales targets are consistently met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Territory Management: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize market share and revenue across Mymensingh, Netrokona, and Kishoreganj.

  • Team Leadership: Guide, train, and motivate Sales Representatives (SRs) and field staff to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

  • Distributor Relations: Appoint new distributors, manage existing accounts, and ensure optimal inventory levels and smooth product distribution.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.

  • Reporting: Track team performance and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and route plans to upper management.

  • Brand Visibility: Ensure proper product placement, promotional execution, and brand visibility across all retail and wholesale outlets in the assigned territory.
