Responsibilities & Context:

Enaturalmart, a leading Natural & Eco-Friendly Multi-Vendor Marketplace in Mymensingh, is looking for a "street-smart" and high-energy Business Development Officer (BDO) to drive our marketplace expansion. This is a field-oriented role focused on vendor acquisition, strategic negotiation, and category growth.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Identify and meet authentic natural product suppliers across Bangladesh (Online and Physical visits).

  • Evaluate product quality and pricing to ensure they meet marketplace standards.

  • Onboard new vendors monthly and ensure all legal agreements are signed.

Margin & Commercial Negotiation

  • Negotiate commission percentages and secure competitive wholesale rates.

  • Identify private label opportunities and push for exclusive SKUs.

  • Maintain the gross margin benchmarks set by management.

Market & Category Expansion

  • Research competitor pricing and identify trending natural product categories.

  • Recommend high-demand seasonal products and suggest new product bundles.

Performance & Relationship Management

  • Track supplier fulfillment and monitor product quality complaints.

  • Maintain long-term partnerships through quarterly review meetings and dispute resolution.

  • Remove underperforming vendors and improve the overall rating system.
