This is a field-oriented role focused on vendor acquisition, strategic negotiation, and category growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Acquisition & Onboarding
Identify and meet authentic natural product suppliers across Bangladesh (Online and Physical visits).
Evaluate product quality and pricing to ensure they meet marketplace standards.
Onboard new vendors monthly and ensure all legal agreements are signed.
Margin & Commercial Negotiation
Negotiate commission percentages and secure competitive wholesale rates.
Identify private label opportunities and push for exclusive SKUs.
Maintain the gross margin benchmarks set by management.
Market & Category Expansion
Research competitor pricing and identify trending natural product categories.
Recommend high-demand seasonal products and suggest new product bundles.
Performance & Relationship Management
Track supplier fulfillment and monitor product quality complaints.
Maintain long-term partnerships through quarterly review meetings and dispute resolution.
Remove underperforming vendors and improve the overall rating system.
Basic Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
Incentives: Performance-based incentives and vendor acquisition bonuses.
Commission: Margin-based commission structures.
