• Capability Whole Bangladesh tour.
• Strong SR Team in Whole Bangladesh.
• Sales Network.
• Must have strong leadership, planning, and communication skill.
• Capable of building and managing a marketing team and dealer/distributor network across Bangladesh
• Drives consumer engagement, developing targeted promotion, increase market share
• Act good contact with high value clients or complex complaints
• Promotes & sales products focusing on identifying customer needs.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking.
• Build lasting relationships with consumers by understanding their needs.
• Maintain deep in depth knowledge of products.
• Excellent verbal communication.
• Target driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute nationwide marketing strategies to promote all product categories

• Supervise and train regional managers, marketing Officer and SR Collection Management

• Develop and implement product branding, promotional campaigns, and sales programs

• Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and customer feedback collection

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing reports and forecasts

• Represent the company at trade fairs, seminars, and industry events

• Ensure overall marketing budget control and cost optimization
