- Must have strong leadership, planning, and communication skill.
- Capable of building and managing a marketing team and dealer across Bangladesh.
- Capability of tour whole Bangladesh.
- Build Good Relation with Doctor.
- Recruit MPO in Whole Bangladesh.
- Make a Good Relation with MPO in Whole Bangladesh.
- Sound knowledge of current market trends, product positioning, and promotional strategy
- Should be target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of strategic decision-making
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute nationwide marketing strategies to promote all product categories
Supervise and train medical promotion officers (MPOs), regional managers, and marketing staff, Collection Management.
Develop and implement product branding, promotional campaigns, and sales programs
Build and maintain relationships with doctors.
Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and customer feedback collection
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing reports and forecasts
Represent the company at trade fairs, seminars, and industry events
Ensure overall marketing budget control and cost optimization
