Responsibilities & Context:
Achievements of pre-defined sales targets.
Monitor the activities of sales officers, agents and distributors.
Market visit especially the top agents and overall markets.
Ensuring day-to-day troubleshooting at the market along with the sales officers.
Take the initiatives to uncover areas the covering plan quickly and to share ways forward to increase sales.
To check and verify all team members sales reports and send them to higher authorities.
Collect market information and track competitors activities
