Achieve National sales objectives and year-on-year growth of AUTOMOTIVE business as per strategic plan
Ensure free flow of information to the team members regarding stock, collection, product availability, allocation, paperwork, special discount, delivery, etc. as per the strategic alignment of the business.
Manage trade promotional campaigns as per the company plan.
Collect market insights through proper analysis and intelligence and share them with the team periodically
Plan order projection with historical insights and market potential focusing target segment market
Distribute brand-wise sale targets among team members maximizing business opportunities
Ensure GSB is as per company guidelines and framework
Identify/study the market and come up with future business potentials and present them to management with industry insights
Manage team members’ day-to-day operational issues and ensure a smooth operation of the business
Plan and deliver business development activities as per guidelines.
Ensure customer service within the scope of the role in the best possible way
Manage team members’ performance and help them improve continuously
Coach team members on the job to improve their performance
Inculcate value-based culture through self-reflection and setting an example as a team lead
Measure dealer/customer ROI on a continuous basis for a healthy business
Take proactive initiatives and present to management from time to time regarding policy/business recommendations/changes
Manage credit collection (team and own) as per company guidelines and make sure no long time due is in place
